Teamwork is really important in modern society. In order to know how to improve themselves, people should know how to cooperate with others.

Teamwork is really important in modern society. In order to know how to improve themselves, people should know how to cooperate with others. Some people think that doing exercise waste of time which should be spent in study. While others think sports develop skills, and team sports is useful in life. In my view, playing team sports benefits students’ future career and life.

团队精神在现代社会中是非常重要的。为了知道如何提升自己，人们应该知道如何与他人合作。有些人认为锻炼是很浪费时间的，因为那是应该用于学习的时间。而其他人则认为体育可以培养技能而且集体运动在生活中是非常有用的。在我看来，集体运动对学生的未来职业和生活都有好处。

Firstly, the school team sports can enhance students’ cooperation and responsibility. For example, a college holds a team sport competition.  In order to win the competition, each team will be very hard to plan and practice. In the game, each of them will learn how to cooperate and be responsible to their team mates. They also get mutual promotion through teamwork.

首先，学校集体运动能增强学生的合作精神和责任心。例如，大学开展集体运动比赛。为了赢得比赛，每个小组都要努力去规划和练习。在比赛中，他们会学会合作，对自己的队友负责。通过团队合作他们还可以相互进步。

Secondly, playing team sports is good for health. People pay more and more attention to health now, and then do some exercise with others. The more exercise you take, the better you will feel.  Still, playing more team sports makes you look good, and be more confident to be successful.  Those students who do exercise can get more than those who never take exercise. After doing sports, they will have more energy to do other things, like study. In a way, doing team sports and study are complementary.

其次，参加集体运动有益于健康。现在人们越来越注重健康，然后会与他人去做一些运动。你进行的锻炼越多，你的感觉会越好。然而，参加团队运动可以让你看起来更好一些，变得更加自信。那些参加运动的学生比那些从不锻炼的学生得到的要更多。做完运动后，他们会有更多的精力去做其他的事情，如学习。在某种程度上，运动和学习是互补的。

Last but not least, team sports improve students’ social skills. The world is developing rapidly; only students practice teamwork skills in school can they handle complicated things in future.  Through the team sports can know a lot of people and make more friends. Joining in team sports is a good choice for developing students’ social skills and communication skills. Generally speaking, students who attend team sports in university will strengthen contacts, which is conductive to progress their future career.

最后但并非最不重要的是集体运动可以提高学生的社会技能。世界正在迅速发展；学生只有在学校的时候锻炼团队合作能力，他们在未来才处理复杂事情。通过团队运动可以认识很多人，交更多的朋友。参加团队运动对培养学生的社会技能和沟通技巧是一个很好的选择。总的来说，在大学中参加团队运动的学生可以加强联系，有利于他们今后的职业发展。

In conclusion, playing team sports have beneficial for cultivating teamwork, enhancing physique and improving social skills.  Therefore, team sport is useful in life, and will help the success of students’ life.

总之，参加团队运动有利于培养团队精神，增强体质、提高社会技能。所以，在生活中团队运动是很有用的，有助于学生在生活中的成功。
