From the foregoing, I could draw the conclusion that playing team sports in school have benefits to students’ life due to its unique charm. I advise students to join in team sports as soon as possible and it won’t make them disappointed.

When it comes to team sports in university will help students be successful in life, there is no completely agreement, some people advocate that team sports play a key role in students' life while others think doing sports is wasting time and students should focus on their Study .Weighing up these two ideas, I prefer the former one.

当说到大学中的团队运动可以帮助学生在生活中取得成功时，没有统一的答案，有人认为团队运动在学生的生活中起着关键的作用，而其他人认为运动是浪费时间，学生应该集中精力学习。权衡这两种观点，我更喜欢前者。

I have three reasons to support my view. Firstly, playing team sports help students cooperate with others more easily and enhance their team consciousness. When students play team sports, they have chance to demonstrate their leadership and train their executive ability. They may support each other when they meet problems, and share happiness when they win in the game. This experience makes them matured and understands the real meaning of unity. These students always do things at the big picture, and often are recruited easily by big companies than other students.

我有三个理由来支持我的观点。首先，团队运动帮助学生更好的与他人合作，提高他们的团队意识。 当学生参加团队活动时，他们有机会展示他们的领导能力和训练他们的执行能力。遇到问题时，他们可以互相支持；赢得比赛时分享幸福的时刻。这种经历使他们变得成熟，理解真正意义上的团结一致。这些学生做事情总是能为大局着想，比其他学生更容易被大公司招募。

Secondly, students' body will increasingly heath if they do more exercise. There is no doubt that student who do physical exercise regularly grow stronger and healthier than those who don’t. Besides, after taking physical exercises, students usually become refreshed and can return to class work more energetically. What's more, students could exercise a good figure if they insist doing sports. Boys will have much muscle and girls will be thinner. They will be more confident than before.

其次，如果他们经常锻炼的话，学生的身体会越来越健康。毫无疑问，经常锻炼身体的学生会比那些不锻炼的学生更加的强壮和健康。除此之外，做完运动后学生通常变得精神焕发，更起劲的回到教室学习。更重要的是，如果他们坚持做运动的话，学生能锻炼身材。男孩会有更多的肌肉，而女孩会变得更苗条。他们会比以前更自信。

Thirdly, playing team sports not only is a bridge for students to build friendship, but also help them learn communicating skills. In a team, students have same interest which will take them short time to be familiar with each other. In addition, students need train together, share their achievement together and overcome the hardship together. This experience has established a deep foundation to their friendship. Furthermore, when they get alone with each other, they could learn how to speak in an appropriate way and how to avoid conflicts with members.

第三，团队运动不仅为学生搭建一座友谊的桥梁，也帮助他们学习沟通的技巧。在一个团队中，学生们有着相同的兴趣，这会让他们在短时间内就相互熟悉。此外，学生需要在一起训练，一起分享成功，一起克服困难。这段经历为他们的友谊打下了深厚的基础。此外，当他们相处的时候，他们可以学习如何用适当的方式说话，如何避免和队员冲突。
