Take the Toufu jelly for example. Though it is called the same name, its flavor tastes different in south and north. People from south like to add sugar while people from north like to eat with salt. So people will argue about which flavor is better and they want to make sure the flavor they like is the best. Actually, there is no need to argue about the different flavor. It is the diversity of cuisine makes Chinese food delicious and classic. Everyone has their choice and they should taste the new flavor and embrace it. I have a strong desire to taste food in every area, at that time, I can be a foodie.
