每年，都有许多大学生参加大学英语考试，这是一个很重要的考试，因为他们需要考取证书，得到一份更好的工作。

Every year, many college students take part in the college English test, which is important for them, because they need the certification to get a better job. However, many foreigners find that the exam is not much help in speaking, so people start to argue that grammar is not necessary to learn. I don’t think so. 
每年，都有许多大学生参加大学英语考试，这是一个很重要的考试，因为他们需要考取证书，得到一份更好的工作。然而，许多外国人发现考试对口语没有多少帮助，所以人们开始认为没有必要学习语法。而我却不这么认为。 

As a matter of fact, grammar helps students to be better in speaking. As the saying that Rome is not built in one day, which means students need to master more words and grammar, so that they can speak in the right way. It is true that a lot of Chinese students focus on grammar and they can’t speak English well. But speaking needs courage and they are afraid of making mistakes. Look at the foreigners, the way they learn Chinese is to master grammar. At the same time, they like to talk to the local people. 
事实上，语法可以帮助学生更好的说口语。俗话说罗马不是一天建成的，这意味着学生需要掌握更多的单词和语法，以便他们能以正确的方式说话。的确，很多中国学生关注语法，却无法说好英语，但是开口说英语是需要勇气的，他们也害怕犯错误。看看那些外国人，他们学习汉语的方法就是掌握语法，与此同时，他们也喜欢和当地人说话。

A person can speak a language well without focus on grammar. But if he really want to make the language useful, then both grammar and the ability to speak are of importance. 
一个人能不注重语法而说好一门语言，但如果他真的想要让语言更加有用，那么语法和口语能力都是同样重要的。
