With the occurrence of many incidents caused by mental problem, student’s mental health has been brought to public focus now. How to improve student’s mental health? As far as I am concerned, it is necessary for each school to set up a mental guide room made up of psychological experts.

由于心理问题引发了许多事件，现在学生的心理健康状况引起了公众的关注。如何提高学生的心理健康？就我而言，每个学校设立由心理专家组成的心理辅导室是很有必要的。

There are reasons accounting for my view. For one thing, the mental guide room can offer some methods or advices for all students to release their pressure, puzzle, frustration and other emotions at ordinary times. That would be helpful to decrease student’s pressure and adjust their mood. For another, the room is conducive for the experts to communicate with those students who are suffering from psychological problems in time and give some advice or methods to help them. If the experts of the room can make some quizzes on regular basis, those students suffering from mental disturbance would be noticed as soon as possible.

有很多理由来支持我的观点。一方面，心理辅导室可以为所有的学生提供减压方法，或提供了提供解决难题的建议，缓解平时沮丧等情绪。这将有助于降低学生的压力，调节自己的情绪。另外，辅导室有利于专家及时与那些有心理问题的学生交流，给他们一些建议或方法来帮助他们。如果辅导室的专家可以定期做一些测验，可以很快的意识到那些有心理问题的学生。

Taking above reasons into account, we can reach a conclusion that a mental guide room is beneficial of improving student’s mental health. Meantime, I remind that those who are suffering from mental problem should not be informed publicly in order to protect them from public pressure.

考虑到上述的问题，我们可以得出这样的结论，心理辅导室对于提高学生的心理健康是有益的。同时，我要提醒一下，不要公开那些有心理问题的学生来保护他们受到舆论的压力。
