New Year's Day is one of important days for many people in the word during the year.Most people spend the New Year's Day in hotels.January 1st is considered as the New Year's Day. Most companies,shops,school,and government offices are closed during that time.

对于很多人来说新年是一年中重要日子之一。大多数人的元旦是在酒店过的。元旦是一月一日。大部分公司，商店，学校，和政府机关在这段时间内都不营业。

People prepare for New Year's Day from late December. First, people spend a few days to clean their houses completely. Some families then put up some new painting from November to January.
